How do i not yell at my 12 year old when nothing else works

I have a 12 year old son who has been diagnosed with ADHD, oppositional defiance disorder, and anxiety. I am at my whitts end of what to do. I have tried so many thing to disiplin him and nothing works. I get so frustrated I start yelling and I hate it.  I don't know what to do.

    I'm in the same situation as you.  My son is 12 and its like he is staring right through me. I will ask him to do something very simple he tryes so hard to get out of it. He has  wasted more energy fighting it than if he just does the task.  I then yell and things just get worse for both of us.  I would welcome any feed back. We need to stop this but i dont know how!
